Philosophy and Progress
Philosophy and Progress is the flagship English scholarly journal published twice a year (January-June, July-December) by the Dev Centre for Philosophical Studies, Department of Philosophy, University of Dhaka. Established to fulfill the intellectual and moral vision of martyr philosopher Prof. Dr. Govinda Chandra Dev, the journal publishes high-caliber, peer-reviewed original research across epistemology, ethics, philosophy of science, political philosophy, and South Asian philosophical traditions.

Aims & Scope
The journal aims to advance rigorous philosophical dialogue on humanism, secularism, social justice, and intercultural epistemology. It welcomes contributions on classical, continental, and analytic philosophy, as well as applied ethics and comparative South Asian thought.
Peer Review: Double-blind evaluation by minimum two anonymous external experts.
Licensing: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).

Submissions are accepted online via the DCPS manuscript submission system or via email to the editorial office. All papers undergo double-blind peer review.
