যৌক্তিক ও যুক্তিহীন ক্রিয়া সম্পর্কে প্যারেটোর অভিমত পর্যালোচনা

[সারসংক্ষেপ: ভিলফ্রেডো ফেডেরিকো দামাসো প্যারেটো (Vilfredo Federico Damaso Pareto) সমাজ দর্শনে একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ স্থান দখল করে আছেন। জ্ঞানের ক্ষেত্রে তাঁর অবদান ছিল ব্যতিক্রমধর্মী। কারণ তিনি অর্থনীতি, রাজনীতি, প্রকৌশল, গণিত, সমাজবিজ্ঞান, সমাজ দর্শন ইত্যাদি বিষয়ক একাডেমিক জ্ঞানের রাজ্যে কৃতিত্বের সাক্ষর রাখেন। এ জন্য তিনি বহুশাস্ত্রীয় জ্ঞানের পণ্ডিত হিসেবে বিবেচিত। আলোচ্য প্রবন্ধে জ্ঞানের একটি শাখা হিসেবে সমাজ দর্শনে তাঁর প্রদত্ত ক্রিয়া তত্ত্বটি সম্পর্কে আলোচনা ও পর্যালোচনা করে বর্তমান সমাজের নিরিখে এটির যৌক্তিকতা উপস্থাপনের চেষ্টা করা হবে। আমরা জানি, মানুষ সমাজে একাকী বসবাস করতে পারে না। তাই সমাজে বসবাস করার ক্ষেত্রে আমরা বিভিন্ন অংশিজন তথা পড়া, প্রতিবেশী, মহল্লা, গোষ্ঠী, সম্প্রদায় ইত্যাদির সঙ্গে ওতপ্রতোভাবে জড়িত থেকে বিভিন্ন কর্মকাণ্ড পরিচালনা করে থাকি। সুতরাং এ দৃষ্টিকোণ থেকে আমরা বলতে পারি যে, সমাজস্থ মানুষ তাঁদের প্রয়োজনে বিভিন্ন লিংকের সহিত যুক্ত হয়ে এসব ক্রিয়া-কর্মকাণ্ড সংঘটিত করছেন। তাই ক্রিয়া সংক্রান্ত আলোচনাটি প্যারেটোর নিকট অত্যন্ত মৌলিক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিশ্লেষণধর্মী ধারণা হিসেবে বিবেচিত। ক্রিয়া সংক্রান্ত তত্ত্বটি আলোচনার জন্য প্যারেটো ক্রিয়াকে যৌক্তিক ও যুক্তিহীন ক্রিয়া-এ দু’টি ভাগে ভাগ করেন। এসব সম্প্রত্যয় বিশ্লেষণ করে প্যারেটো যে বিষয়টি বলার চেষ্টা করেছেন তাহলো: যৌক্তিক ক্রিয়া খুবই সামান্য এবং মানব সত্তা দ্বারা পরিচালিত, সম্পাদিত অধিকাংশ ক্রিয়া বা কাজই হলো যুক্তিহীন ক্রিয়ার অন্তর্গত। আলোচ্য প্রবন্ধে প্যারেটো প্রদত্ত ক্রিয়া তত্ত্বটি কীভাবে সমাজস্থ মানুষের আচরণের বিভিন্ন দিককে প্রকাশ করে তা পর্যালোচিত হবে।] [Abstract: Vilfredo Pareto holds a significant position in the realm of social philosophy. His contributions to knowledge were unique, as he excelled in diverse academic fields, including economics, politics, engineering, mathematics, sociology, and social philosophy. For this reason, he is regarded as a scholar with extensive and multidisciplinary expertise. The aim of this paper is to discuss and analyze Pareto’s theory of action as a branch of social philosophy and assess its relevance in the context of contemporary society. It is well known that humans cannot live alone in society. Therefore, in social settings, we engage in various activities with stakeholders such as neighbors, communities, groups, and other social entities. From this perspective, it can be said that humans establish multiple connections to fulfill their needs and perform these actions. In this context, Pareto’s discussion on actions is regarded as a fundamental and analytically significant concept. To analyze his theory of action, Pareto divided actions into two categories: logical actions and nonlogical actions. Through this analysis, Pareto emphasized that logical actions are relatively few and are governed by human reasoning. In contrast, most actions performed by individuals fall under the category of non-logical actions. This paper will review various aspects of Pareto’s theory of action and explore its implications for understanding human behavior in society.]
